The prices are valid for the specified period and number of persons. As required by Italian law, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

A deposit equal to the total price is required to confirm your reservation (for stays of more than 2 nights, 30% of the total amount is required). Only reservations confirmed by us in writing are considered binding.
For cancellations made 15 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
In case of a late cancellation (14 days or less before the arrival date), a delayed arrival, or an early departure, you will be charged for all days and services booked.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card, or in cash (up to a maximum of €4,999).

Tourist Tax

Starting from July 1, 2026, the Municipality of Vernante applies a tourist tax of €1 per person, per night.

The following guests are exempt from paying the tourist tax:

• Children up to 12 years of age (with proof of age, such as an identity document or a declaration by a parent or legal guardian).
• Students staying for study, sports, or training purposes, with certification from their school, university, or training institution.
• Guests staying more than 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation: the tax is not charged from the 8th night onwards.
• Drivers and tour guides/accompanying staff assisting organized tour groups.
• Guests with disabilities and one accompanying person.
• Members of the Police, Fire Brigade, and Civil Protection services staying in connection with official duties related to major events in the Municipality of Vernante or nearby areas.
• Employees working for businesses or organizations operating within the Municipality of Vernante.

Pets

We accept pets upon request and for a fee of € 10 per day.

Check-in and Check-out

The rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us with a brief phone call.
