Your stay at il Nazionale

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, it’s no problem – you can leave your luggage in our storage. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we kindly ask that you notify us by phone.
The Wellness Center is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (limited access for children from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). To ensure greater tranquility, access to the wellness center will be divided into 3 bookable time slots (3:00 PM - 4:50 PM, 5:00 PM - 6:50 PM, 7:00 PM - 8:50 PM). During these times, each room will have the chance to enjoy 2 hours of various services. You will find bathrobes and slippers in your room, and towels are provided in the wellness center.
The courtesy set in the room consists of natural, eco-friendly products in 500ml sizes to reduce single-use plastic. You will find soap, body cream, and shampoo.
In the afternoon, tea will be served on the terrace from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Breakfast will be served on our terrace from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.

Your four-legged friends

We are delighted to welcome your four-legged friends as well, to make your stay pleasant and comfortable for the whole family. Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, provided this is communicated at the time of booking and again at check-in.

A supplement of €10 per day, per pet applies, allowing us to ensure even greater care of the spaces and a thorough cleaning of the room with specific products.

Should you have any special requests, our staff will be happy to provide you with all the information you may need.

Cancellation terms

It can always happen that a stroke of bad luck prevents you from embarking on your well-deserved vacation, which is precisely why it is important to know our cancellation terms:

15 Days before arrival: free cancellation
From 14 days, or less, before arrival: You will be charged 100% of the reservation cost
