Bottega del Nazionale

In 2021, the Nazionale family expanded: the Bottega del Nazionale became an integral part.

A place of creation and practicality: a workshop where daily preparations of pastries, viennoiseries, and bread are made, which are then used in all other activities, from the gourmet restaurant to the breakfasts at the Relais and the Hotel.
