Our breakfast is designed to offer a balanced and flavorful start to the day, following the seasonality of nature.
Every morning, we greet you with the scent of fresh bread, homemade cakes, croissants, and pastries made by the bakery in our Bottega. You’ll also find yogurt from the Palanfrè alpine pastures, a small bucolic village just a few kilometers from Vernante, and fruit salads with fresh, seasonal fruit. We also offer cereals and a selection of seeds for a rich and protein-packed breakfast. All accompanied by high-quality Vergnano hot drinks, for an authentic and Italian-flavored wake-up.
